TO QUALIFY FOR AN ACCOUNT, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A brick and mortar (physical) studio for shipping purposes. No residential locations or online only stores will be accepted.
- An active piercer.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED TO ESTABLISH YOUR ACCOUNT:

- Sales Tax License/Permit - Issued by the State
- Resale Certificate (Per the Wayfair decision). The following states and territories are excluded from providing a Resale Certificate: Alaska, American Samoa, Delaware, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Montana, New Hampshire, Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
ALL APPLICANTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:
- A photo of your Business License or equivalent
- Tax ID if available for your country (Example: TIN, NINO, UTR, FIN, ITR)
