that will with stand the test of time. Extreme care is put into each piece of jewelry through
each stage of its conception. From the use of implant grade materials to hand polishing,
we make the extra effort so your jewelry is flawless. All our threaded products are internally
threaded... threads hidden inside the barbell shafts. Captive and barbell ends are rounded
smooth for easier insertion. We have a full in house casting facility and cast our own 18kt
gold to insure that the quality meets our high standards.
We have been making quality body piercing jewelry products since November of 1991.....and we stand
behind any piece of jewelry with our name on it.

We are back from APP
Good as always to see old friends, and equally nice to meet new ones!
The new Gemmed Teardrops were a real hit. Anatometal got asked to help teach the class on metals used for initial piercings, and that too was a blast.
We covered implant grade stainless (ASTM F-138) and implant grade titanium (ASTM F-136), as well as gold and niobium body jewelry.
Its always a grand time at the Association of Professional Piercers convention, so if you did not make it this year... you have an entire year to prepare for 2008.

We leave this Friday for the APP's annual convention and body jewelry expo.
We will do our best to keep the orders going out as fast as we can..... please be patient as our core staff will be away for a week.

APP info:
I make my stand against having anyone who is working for/distributing for or owning a body jewelry company being on the board. Its a conflict of interest no matter who it is. Its a very bad idea to put a profit based body jewelry company inside of a non profit organization.
Big business and non-profits do not mix at any level. Just look at the mess our country is in right now as a reflection of what I see going on with the APP.
I beg the APP membership to make a stand against this sort of thing, and fast.
We as members have the right to change the by-laws. All it takes is a quorum vote.
With the membership looking something like 267 (that might include vendors as well), this is not a daunting task.
1) If you work for/own/distribute for ANY body jewelry company you cannot run for a board position.
2) Two term limit MAX. Let others give a chance to do their service as well.
I have heard so much negativity towards an association that I so dearly love that its obvious we want some changes. Lets make that happen members. Perhaps if others feel that we can have a board that is there to serve its membership we might just grow a bit.

- Gold is at a high mark that we have not seen in years, so be sure to call for price quotes on larger items.
- Body Jewelry is something we take very serious at Anatometal... Did you know all our gold is made from solid 18 karat? You might be surprised to find out we are priced about the same as others using only 14 karat gold.
- Why 18karat? 14karat is 58% pure gold, while 18karat is 75% pure gold. For long term wear jewelry such as body jewelry 18karat is the obvious choice.
