Return Policy

All products of Anatometal Inc. are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Any unused product found to be defective at the time of purchase may be exchanged for an equivalent item, or for credit at our discretion.
Product return after the product has been used is subject to the approval of Anatometal Inc. Returns of non-defective merchandise not resulting from a shipping error may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
All returns must be approved in advance of shipping, and marked with the corresponding Return Authorization Number (RA#).

When sending jewelry back for returns or repairs:

  • Jewelry must be sterilized and clean of any biological matter, as we are unable to fully process jewelry on site. If any jewelry that is sent to us that still contains any biological matter, it will be returned for processing.
  • Jewelry must be individually sealed in sterile packs and clearly labeled with the indicator showing they have been processed.
  • Jewelry must be sent back to us in a bubble mailer or properly padded in a box to ensure safe arrival.
  • Jewelry must contain a completed Repair form with a Return Authorization Number issued by an Anatometal sales rep.
  • Jewelry returned for credit must be in original packaging.

We strongly encourage adding insurance when shipping packages. Any jewelry lost in transit will not be credited or replaced.
Any damage incurred because of improper shipping/handling does not fall under manufacturers warranty and will be subject to labor charges.
Once jewelry has been received and inspected, we will notify you of any labor charges or if any item does not fall under the manufacturers warranty.
