We are looking for a superstar Receptionist with Data Entry experience!

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with urgent matters in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiline Mitel phone system in a timely manner and direct calls appropriately
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains security by following procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Data entry of new accounts via outlook and the timely and accurate entry of new accounts into the Company’s ERP system
  • Distribute job applications

Work Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
